The Easy Spin
Vulnerability, caring, insight, coaching, occasional side-bars, comedy, conflict, and sometimes resolution, all from the mind of The Chad Andrews.
Mondays with Mel: Don’t assume, just go ride (or run, or hike). Missed opportunity….
And a missed opportunity….
The strength of strength (training)
Many years ago I was really suffering from a L5/S1 back issue. It was debilitating. Frustrating…
The Recharge
Hiatus: That’s a good word to define my physical state, and to some extent my mental state. I traveled so much to start the season off.
Ride or die crew?....
This past Sunday I was invited to a ride that I haven’t been on in probably over a year. I’m not so sure it was an invite as much as it was…hey ya’ll, I’m coming to your ride!
Provoking perspective
Have you ever seen something that elicits and provokes many thoughts and unique perspectives? I just finished 5 days in Huntsville for the UCI Para World Cup.

Survive and Advance. Need a hug?
Most of you know that I am a sports fan. I’m not as much of a “sports fan” now as I was when I was younger. However, I still enjoy watching the tactics, passion, and pageantry of collegiate and pro sports.
This is why I won’t stop…and a key to happiness.
The key to happiness and a full-hearted thanks and appreciation to all of you who read my blog.
Towards the future… mistake free.
Towards the future… mistake free. It’s time to look towards 2023 and make your season and year great.
We aren’t always a 10
I’m sure you’ve heard me talk about walking the walk lately. Not the old-school philosophy of my dad. “Do I say, not as I do.”
Part 3: Why do I feel trapped and not able to move forward?
Things just aren’t the same, are they? How tired are you of the new “normal”?
