3- You pick the platform that you do our workouts in. Most of our athletes use Training Peaks Virtual. For 2024/2025 Training Peaks is offering their newest platform for virtual training! Get it here

3-Chad will populate your workouts every Sunday. You will get two workouts a week! (Tuesdays and

Sync your accounts
To link your TrainingPeaks and Zwift accounts, simply log into my.zwift.com or visit https://my.zwift.com/profile/connections and check to see if your TrainingPeaks account is synced. After you connect your accounts, your workout data will instantly upload to your TrainingPeaks calendar. In addition, any structured workouts, such as those provided by The Chad Andrews Coaching, on your TrainingPeaks calendar will automatically appear in your list of Custom Workouts in Zwift.
